Welcome! I am just one of many mamas chasing my joy out here in the blogosphere. If I can ever manage to get all three of my kids to bed, (which let me tell you — it is hard, y’all!) you will find me writing to find my center as I journey through marriage, motherhood, and all of the soul-searching that accompanies this season of life.
Three years ago I decided to leave my job to be a stay-at-home-mama to my two boys. The following year, I made the radical (read:insane) decision to homeschool them. And year into that wild ride, our sweet baby girl made her debut. (We are a family of spur-of-the-moment and freewheeling decisions; luckily, they usually work out for the best.)
Writing is my way of working through the joys, fears, and doubts that this most special and difficult role I’ve ever had have given me. If you are looking to share in some honest, raw dialogue about parenting and staying true to yourself, pour yourself some coffee (preferably strong) and stay awhile.
