Ready for Anything with the Britax B-Ready Stroller

When Austin Moms Blog teamed up with Britax, I was thrilled to be invited to try the new 2017 Britax B-Ready Stroller, and eager to see firsthand why Britax is so highly regarded by parents. Though I have always heard fabulous things, I hadn’t ever tried their infant and child gear. It didn’t take long to fall in love; from our very first stroll around Seaholm Park, I knew the B-Ready and I would be embarking upon many adventures together.

As a seasoned mom of three, I have used my fair share of strollers. From convertible travel systems to flimsy umbrella strollers for on-the-go excursions, to our most recent method of travel: my beloved sit-and-stand. But I must admit, since bringing the B-Ready home last week, our sit-and-stand stroller has stood neglected and collecting dust.

Setting up the Britax B-Ready for our Austin Moms Blog picnic was a breeze. I had no trouble assembling the stroller or loading it into my minivan to drive into one of my favorite parts of Austin for a safety seminar led by the wonderful Britax team.

I couldn’t wait to learn about the stroller. This guy was just in it for the cupcakes.

What makes this stroller so wonderful is its versatility. The B-Ready can be set up in a variety of ways, with 12 different configurations to grow with a family’s needs. Your tiniest babe can safely ride along with an infant carseat or bassinet, and it will grow and accommodate children up to 55 lbs. You can face your child outward, or switch the seat around so that baby can face you, which is really neat, because I know I can’t get enough of looking at my sweet baby girl’s grins.

The B-Ready has a sleek design and is available in a variety of colors. I chose Mist and love the polished, modern look. With a fabulously spacious, zippered storage basket and simple fold and store design, this stroller has quickly become my go-to for all of our outings.

My little one loved the view from her new seat!

Along with Britax’s assurance of top-rated safety, I appreciate that I can easily attach a second seat for my three-year-old to ride along in when he tires out and needs a rest. I don’t have a need for a cumbersome side-by-side double stroller, as my energetic guy loves running alongside his older brother, but the option to easily pop in a second seat during our day-long adventures is wonderful.

The unique double seat design keeps the stroller sleek and easy to maneuver.

Over the weekend we celebrated the start of October by crossing off one of our favorite family traditions from our Fall Bucket List. The kids look forward to visiting the pumpkin patch every year, and this time we took our Britax B-Ready along. Though fall has arrived, the sun is still shining in Texas as though summer were upon us, so the full canopy shade on the stroller provided baby girl some much needed relief from the heat. I was impressed by how easily the stroller maneuvered through the grass, and was so grateful to comfortably cart these little tuckered out pumpkins home in our B-Ready.

This kid. He wouldn’t admit it aloud, but I could tell he was a bit bummed that he was too big for a ride in our new Britax.

After hopping from hay-bale to hay-bale and hauling at least a hundred pumpkins around, he was thankful for a ride home in his comfortable Britax B-Ready second seat!
